My experience with the staff was disappointing. The reception was overwhelmed, causing long wait times during check-in and check-out. I also found the parking fees to be excessively high, which added an unexpected cost to our stay.

Just a good pick for a fleeting stay in Zurich with value for money. The spa was nice, but only open in the evenings. Keep in mind breakfast can be pricey. try nearby cafes.

The ACASA Suite was pretty solid. It had a well-equipped kitchenette, which is super handy. The room overlooked a nice neighborhood, and it felt modern and clean. Beds were comfy enough for a good night's sleep. There were also USB-C outlets everywhere, which made charging easy. Plus, the sauna area was a nice touch. Just wish the lighting could be a bit brighter, and the A/C could've used a little boost to cool down faster.
